Ray is an accomplished business strategist whose operational leadership in start-up, turnaround, high-growth, and multinational environments offers valuable expertise to Park Lane clients. His management savvy and process improvement allow the firm to drive revenue growth and organizational excellence. He specializes in areas including channel sales development, national account management, product development, and go-to-market campaigns.

Along with his duties at Park Lane, Ray works as Managing Director at Triple Threat Advisors, a Los Angeles advisory firm catering to mid-to-late-stage start-ups and small businesses. From 2007 until 2009, he was Vice President of Distribution and Partnerships for Virgin Charter, a Virgin Group-backed start-up that focused on booking services for the private jet industry. Previously, Ray worked at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, where he ascended to a role of Executive Director of National Operations, Marketing, and Sales.

In 2003, Ray founded Bradford Thomas, LLC, a management and business strategy consultancy.  He served as President for the firm, which targeted entrepreneurs and small businesses in need of operational and strategic improvements. Following his undergraduate and graduate experiences, he worked for two start-ups: Twism and The Groove Alliance. These companies concentrated on sports apparel and gaming, respectively.

Ray holds an A.B. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard, where he was a member of the Men’s Basketball team.  He also received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
