Clemens joined Park Lane in 2009. He focuses primarily on research, document preparation, due diligence, and financial analysis. He has an active role on the firm’s deal review team, evaluating potential engagements including capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings.

Prior to joining Park Lane, Clemens worked at an insurance defense and product liability law firm in Los Angeles. His previous experience also includes internships at UBS and Brookstone Company.

Clemens is a graduate of Cornell University, where he earned a B.A. in Economics and Spanish. He also studied in Spain at the University of Seville.
