Abdou oversees all legal affairs for Park Lane and advises Park Lane clients in connection with securities issues, public offerings, private placements, takeovers, as well as general corporate matters.  Abdou also has experience negotiating and drafting agreements in connection with various transactional issues including stock and asset sales, raising capital, licensing and distributing products and executive and talent employment agreements.

Abdou currently serves on the Board of Directors for Project PLAY!, a Los Angeles-based charitable organization that provides under-resourced schools with art, music and sports equipment.

Abdou received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California in May 1996.  In May 1999, Abdou received his Juris Doctorate from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley.  Abdou is licensed by the California State Bar and is a former Partner of Richardson & Patel, LLP.
